Switching back and forth between tasks seems effortless; however, the brain must constantly process the new information it needs and determine what it no longer needs to keep track of. Loading, unloading, and reloading the data repeatedly causes the brain to work harder. As a result, you are creating much more unnecessary stress in your life.
