One Minute Stress Buster
Heres a simple, yet extremely effective way to bust those stresses in your life. While seated in a comfortable position, think of a stressful event, situation or activity. Put the tips of your ring finger and thumb together on the right hand, put the tips of your ring finger and thumb together on our left hand. Now place the index and middle fingers of each hand on your forehead, about an inch above your eyes, above the arch of your eyebrow, directly in line with your pupils.
